Made with healthy ingredients this recipe stocks up your body with lots of vitamins and minerals. It reduces the risk of disease, improves overall health, and rids the body of harmful substances.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Potato 1 Large
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capsicum 1
  Tomato 1
  Onions 1
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Take a big owl. Add oil and all the dry ingredients (masala).
Mix it, Now add all the vegetables. Mix it. Cover it with a lid loosely and cook for 6 minutes in microwave. Stir and cook again for 6 minutes. Now stir again and cook till done.

Serve with rice, and chapati or Naan. It is superb party dish with no fuss at all.
