Lamb shoulder chops
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red chili powder
Ginger garlic paste
2 Tablespoon (For greasing)
1. In a mixing bowl, pour yogurt, add turmeric, chili powder, salt, garam masala and ginger garlic paste, mix well. Add in the lamb pieces and coat the marinade nicely. Allow to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. Brush the grill with oil.
2. Allow the meat to come to room temp. Place the lamb chops over the grill heated over medium high. Grill for about 5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
