Kachumber

It’s a simple and refreshing recipe which you can quickly prepare and serve along with any Indian main dish.
Ingredients
  Tomato 3 Large, chopped
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Green chili 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Cilantro sprig 5 , chopped (3-5)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 5 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and green chili .
2. Add lemon juice, salt to taste, sugar, and chopped cilantro or coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients together.

SERVING
3. Serve it chilled with your meal.
