Pudine Ki Chutney

One of the most famous and simple Indian condiment packed with the aroma of fresh mint. It can be served with any snack or enjoyed as an accompaniment to any meal.

Ingredients

Mint leaves 150 Gram
Coriander leaves 150 Gram
Whole green chili 4
Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 5 Teaspoon
Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Yogurt 2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Water 25 Milliliter
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Take mint leaves, and coriander leaves. Separate the stems from the leaves. Wash separately in cold water.

MAKING

2. In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Blend into a smooth paste. Add 25 ml of water while blending. Adjust the amount of water to get desired consistency.

3. Add yogurt, chopped onion, asafoetida, and cumin seeds. Blend well.

4. Transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVING

5. Serve and enjoy!
