GETTING READY
1. Peel the carrots with the help of a peeler. Wash the carrots properly. Grate the carrots with the help of a grater.

Story
Carrot (gajar) is considered to be a healthy vegetable and making paratha using carrot, would really add nutritive value to the dish. This is an interesting healthy variant to other forms of parathas, which are cooked in lot of oil by stuffing method. The carrots and spices are added while preparing the dough, to facilitate the cooking process, and to reduce the amount of oil for cooking the paratha. Also, mothers who are really frustrated of the eating habits of their kids can try this method of making parathas, by adding vegetables to the dough and preparing parathas of it.
