Lachha paratha Recipe is also known as multi-layered Indian bread.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as needed)
2 Tablespoon (as needed)
1. In a small bowl, mix a tablespoon of wheat flour with ghee and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make dough out of it.
3. Take one roundel of dough and spread ghee flour mixture on it. Roll the roundel as shown in the video and gently roll using rolling pin.
4. On hot tawa, place the paratha and roast with little ghee on either side.
