Cauliflower Mozhu Fry

This is a simple and basic vegetable fry, but here pepper is used to give it a more distinct peppery taste.These recipes come in handy when you need to whip up a curry quickly. Does not take too long and includes very basic ingredients.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut (small pieces)
  Green chili 2 , slit lengthwise
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
2.When they splutter, add the onions, green chili, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
3.Add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and stir fry for another minute.
4.Pour water and allow it to cook until the cauliflower is done.

SERVING
5.Tastes best when served with hot rice or roti.
