Green Chutney

Green chutney is a very useful condiment. It can be used in sandwiches, chaats, parathas and many other recipes due to its strong flavor and taste.
Ingredients
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Green chillies 3
  Lime 2 , juiced (or more as required)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender put all the ingredients and blend till smooth. Transfer into a bowl and season with salt to taste. Stir to mix.

SERVING
2. Use this chutney to make tasty recipes like sandwich , chaats etc.

TIPS
Bottle gourd can be peeled, seeded and blended with the mixture to make it thicker.
