|Curry leaves||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Black gram||1 Tablespoon|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1.Dry roast the curry leaves and set aside.
2.Dry roast chickpeas, black gram, red chili, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and set aside.
3.Grind all the above ingredients together along with salt to a fine powder.
4.Serve this powder along with hot rice and ghee, or as an accompaniment for any breakfast dish.
