A spicy powder, it has a powerful punch of curry leaves to it.It tastes best when it is eaten with hot rice and a nice dollop of desi ghee and papad.You just cant go wrong with this combination!!
Ingredients
  Curry leaves 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chickpea 1 Tablespoon
  Black gram 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili 7
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Dry roast the curry leaves and set aside.
2.Dry roast chickpeas, black gram, red chili, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and set aside.
3.Grind all the above ingredients together along with salt to a fine powder.

SERVING
4.Serve this powder along with hot rice and ghee, or as an accompaniment for any breakfast dish.
