Paneer Pizza

An Indian inspired pizza topped with cottage cheese and other interesting ingredients.

Ingredients

Pizza sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Whole wheat pizza bread 1
Onion/Caramelized onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chili flakes 1 Dash
Tomato 1 , sliced
Pepper To Taste
Bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs) , sliced (red, yellow and green)
Paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Amul cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING

2. Spread pizza sauce over the pizza bread and set aside.

3. Top the pizza with onions, red chilli flakes, tomato and peppers.

4. Followed by bell pepper, pepper, paneer, cilantro and amul cheese.

5. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.

SERVING

6. Slice the pizza and serve with fruit juice.
