Paneer Chilli Pakoda

Ingredients
  Green chillies 4
  Paneer 100 Gram
  Onion 1 Small
  Corriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Amchur 1 Pinch
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 (As required)
  Oil 100 Milliliter (to fry)
Directions

1) Shred the panner.
2) Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan saute the onions.
3) Add shreded paneer .
4) Add turmeric powder and amchur powder and salt to taste.
5) Remove from fire and corriander mix well.
6) Slit the chillies and deseed them .
7) Stuff chillies with paneer stuffing.
8) Add pinch of salt to cornflour add water to make a thick paste.
9) Heat oil on medium temp .
10) Dip each chilli in flour paste and deep fry.
11) Cut to pieces with a sharp knife .
12) Serve hot .
