For the chutney
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Raw peanuts 1 Tablespoon
  Daliya 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chat masala 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1
For the sandwich
  Bread slices 4 Large
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chat masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiled potato 1 , sliced
  Green bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Shredded cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced

For The Chutney
1. In a blender put all the ingredients for the chutney and blend till smooth. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

2. Spread all the bread slices with butter. Apply the prepared chutney on them.
3. Arrange the potato slices and season it with chat masala, salt and pepper.
4. Place green pepper, tomatoes, onion as layers one after the other. Season again with chat masala, salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables and cover with another slice of bread.
6. Heat a pan on medium and put little butter. Place the sandwich on it and fry on both sides till golden brown. Transfer onto a plate.

7. In a serving plate, serve the sandwich hot with chutney or ketchup.
