Ingredients
  Cluster beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chop
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tumeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1.Heat oil in a pan, and add onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
2.Add the cluster beans, turmeric powder, chili powder , coriander powder and salt, stir it well.
3.Pour water and cook until the beans are tender.
4.Once the water evaporates add the diced tomatoes and fenugreek leaves.
5.Stir fry and cover it with a lid until the tomatoes and the fenugreek is cooked.

SERVING:
6. Serve it hot with roti. Can be served as a side dish for rice too.
