RAI & CURRY PATTA ALOO BHAJI

Ingredients
  Boiled potato 4 Medium
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried red chilies 4
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 3
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger 1
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Grated coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil and add crushed garlic and ginger fry till brown.

Add mustered seeds and dry red chilies. When mustered seeds are done and chilies turn brown add salt, turmeric,curry leaves and chopped tomato. Saute for a moment.

Now add potatoes and mix well. Cook till potatoes are hot on medium flame.
Serve hot with parathaor roti and chutney.
