Tandoori Spiced Potato

Potato tossed with kasuri methi, chili flake and salt. I generally prepare this when I have to throw a party at my place. A perfect cocktail snack.
Ingredients
  Baby potatoes 6 Small
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli flake 1 Teaspoon
  Kasuri methi 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fenugreek)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
To prepare a ground paste
  Red chile 1 Small
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Coriandar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Pierce baby potatoes with a fork,wrap them in a silver foil separately and keep it in a microwave plate on high for 5 minutes until potatoes are soft.
2)In a microwave safe bowl heat oil add prepared paste and salt.Mix it well and microwave for 2 minute.
3)Add potato,cream,kasuri methi,chilly flake and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot as a cocktail snack.
