Spicy Vegetable Corn

An absolute unusual blend of flavors;with corn and vegetables.A real monsoon treat when corn is absolutely fresh in the market.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Capsicum 1 Small, chopped
  Green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn kernals 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chilly 1 Small, chopped
  Tomato ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli flake 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Combine butter,onions,capsicum,green peas in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it on high for 2 minutes.
2)Add corn,green chilly,tomato ketchup,salt and pepper.Mix it well.Microwave on high for a minute.
3)Add some chilly flake over it.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves.

SERVING
5)Serve it hot.
