|Freshly grated coconut||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||3 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as per taste)|
|Rava||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Finely grate the cucumber. Add coconut, salt, sugar and rava and mix them together. (The mixture will be thick. Do not add any water).
Pat a handful of the mixture on a hot greased tava. Cook until slightly brown.
Apply few drops of oil and flip it over and cook till slightly brown and crisp. Serve hot.
