Mutter Cha Pulav

Atleast once a week i prepare Mutter Cha Pulav.Either with fresh mutter or frozen.Generally when season of mutter does not exist i prepare this pulav with frozen mutter.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferably basmati)
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 2
  Clove 2 Small
  Black pepper 2 Small
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Green chilly 2 Small, sliced
  Green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.

MAKING
1)Heat oil in cooker add cumin seeds,bay leaf,black pepper and cloves.Then add sliced onion and fry till it becomes translucent.
2)Add turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.Saute it for 2 minutes.Then add garam masala.Mix it well.
3)Add green peas and rice.Pour water and sprinkle salt with black pepper powder.
4)Pressure cook it for 15 minutes.

SERVING
5)Serve Mutter Cha Pulav hot .
