Alivachi Kheer

Aliv/Halim seed/Garden cress seed is very healthy specially for new mothers.It is one of the excellent nutrition provider.I used to have lots of Alivachi Kheer after my daughter was born.
Ingredients
  Aliv 2 Tablespoon (Halim seed/ garden cress seed)
  Almond 4 Small
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Pinch
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Soak aliv in water for two hours.
2)Soak almond in water for sometime.

MAKING
3)Chop soaked almond in slices.
4)In a kadhai heat milk add soaked aliv in it.Add sugar and almond in it and saute for 10 minutes adding cardamom powder in it.Mix it well.

SERVING
5)Serve Alivachi Kheer hot.
