Vangi Che Kaap

We always prepare either vangi bhaat or vangi chi bhaji.I got fresh vangi from grocery shop and prepared Vangi Che Kaap,patted in rice flour.This dish tastes different!For the one's who are not very fond of vangi/eggplant try this dish.Am sure you would relish it!
Ingredients
  Vangi 1 Medium (Eggplant)
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For frying)
  Coriander jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut Vangi in round shaped slices.Apply turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt,coriander jeera powder on it.
2)In a plate pat vangi on rice flour.
3)Heat oil in a pan and place these vangi che kaap on it and fry till brown.(Do not deep-fry)

SERVING
4)Serve Vangi Che Kaap with pudina chutney.
