I am very fond of green vegetables,i always make it a point to include atleast one green vegetable in my menu daily.I got fresh palak from market so thought of experimenting something new with it.Hit on the recipe below of Palak Chi Vadi
Ingredients
  Palak 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs) (chana dal flour)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilly 2 Small, chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Inch
  Ginger 4 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Jaggery To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Grind ginger,garlic and green chilly.Keep it aside.
2)In a bowl mix besan,turmeric powder,salt,jaggery,water and above grinded mixture,make a thick paste.Heat 2 teaspoon oil and pour it in the above mixture.Mix it well.
3)In a round shaped utensil apply some oil.Pat palak leaf one by one in the above mixture and place it in the utensil(one above other).
4)Keep this utensil in cooker and steam it for 10 minutes.
5)Once cold topple the utensil in a plate,the shape(palak leaf with mixture)will look like a cake.Cut it into slices and fry.

SERVING
6)Serve Palak Chi Vadi with sauce or green chutney.
