Kadwe Val/Dalimbi Usal/Field Beans is very nutritious,provides protein and calcium.A very famous Maharashtrian dish Kadwe Valachi Usal.Specially for people who are fond of non-veg,and if you do not have any non-veg option at home,hit on the recipe below.
Ingredients
  Kadwe val 2 Cup (32 tbs), sprouted (Dalimbi Usal/ Field Beans)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Green chilly 2 Small, chopped
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Jeera powder 3 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), hot
For garnishing
  Coconut 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1)Heat oil add asafoetida and mustard seeds,let it splutter.Add chopped green chilly and onion.Saute for sometime.
2)Add val saute for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and jeera powder.
3)Add little hot water and let it cook.
4)Once cooked add salt and jaggery in it and saute till dry.
5)Garnish it with coconut and coriander.

SERVING
6)Serve it hot with chapatti.
