Paatichya Kandyachi Bhaji

Paticha Kanda Chi Bhaji is a typical Maharashtrian dish.Different variety of dishes can be prepared with Paticha Kanda /Spring Onion.I got a bunch of it from market and prepared the dish the same day by adding besan/chana dal flour in it.
Ingredients
  Paticha kanda 2 Bunch (200 gm), chopped finely (Spring Onion/Scallions)
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chana Dal Flour)
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Jaggery To Taste
  Oil 4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1)Heat oil in a kadhai add asafoetida and cumin seeds.Add chopped paticha kanda and saute for 10 minutes.
2)Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt and jaggery.
3)Mix it well.Then add chana dal flour and cook for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve Paatichya Kandyachi Bhaji with hot chappati.
