Dahi Bhaat,an absolute treat in summers to relieve yourself from scorching heat!Combination of rice with curd tastes delicious.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Curd 2 Cup (32 tbs), beaten
  Coriander 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Green chilly 1 Small, chopped
For seasoning
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilly 1 Small
  Curry leaves 5
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl add cooked rice along with coriander,green chilly,ginger,salt and sugar.Mix it well.
2)Heat oil in a kadhai add red chillies and mustard seeds let it splutter,then add curry leaves and keep it aside.
3)Add curd in the bowl of rice and pour the seasoning prepared with curry leaves.
4)Keep Dahi Bhaat in fridge for sometime.

SERVING
5)Serve it cold.
