|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Curd||2 Cup (32 tbs), beaten|
|Coriander||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Green chilly||1 Small, chopped|
|Red chilly||1 Small|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1)In a bowl add cooked rice along with coriander,green chilly,ginger,salt and sugar.Mix it well.
2)Heat oil in a kadhai add red chillies and mustard seeds let it splutter,then add curry leaves and keep it aside.
3)Add curd in the bowl of rice and pour the seasoning prepared with curry leaves.
4)Keep Dahi Bhaat in fridge for sometime.
5)Serve it cold.
