Papaya Chi Koshimbir
I had one small Papaya kept in my fridge.I generally chop it in cubes and give to my children,as this fruit has a rich source of nutrient in it.I tried Papaya Chi Koshimbir in combination with pineapple.Trust me it was amazing!Specially during summers!
|Papaya||1 Small, diced (papaw/pawpaw)|
|Pineapple||1 Small, diced|
|Chilly flake||1 Teaspoon|
|Cabbage||2 Tablespoon, grated|
1)In a bowl mix diced papaya,pineapple,salt and sugar.
2)Garnish it with grated cabbage and chilly flake.
3)Serve Papaya Chi Koshimbir cold.
