Kolambi Che Loncha
|Kolambi||2 Cup (32 tbs), shelled and deveined (Prawns)|
|Ginger garlic paste||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||10 Small, chopped|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chilly powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||3 Small, chopped and squeezed|
|Ginger||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cup sliced in thin pieces|
|Green chilly||14 Medium, sliced|
|Pickle masala||5 Teaspoon|
1)In a kadhai heat one tsp oil,add kolambi,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt and ginger garlic paste.Once kolambi is cooked it leaves water,remove that water and keep it aside.
2)Heat oil add chopped garlic and sliced ginger.Saute it for 5min.Add cooked kolambi in it.Keep sauteing till it leaves enough oil.Pour pickle masala and the water of kolambi which was kept aside.
3)On a low flame cook for some more time till it leaves oil.
4)Once it is cold pour lemon juice over it.
5)Serve Kolambi Che Loncha with chapatti.
