Kolambi Che Loncha

My husband is very fond of prawns.To experiment different variety dishes with prawns is something which am fond of doing.Generally,when i don't have any stock of prawns in fridge i keep Kolambi che loncha in an airtight container in fridge,ready to serve him.
Ingredients
  Kolambi 2 Cup (32 tbs), shelled and deveined (Prawns)
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 10 Small, chopped
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 3 Small, chopped and squeezed
  Ginger 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cup sliced in thin pieces
  Green chilly 14 Medium, sliced
  Pickle masala 5 Teaspoon
  Oil 5 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a kadhai heat one tsp oil,add kolambi,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt and ginger garlic paste.Once kolambi is cooked it leaves water,remove that water and keep it aside.
2)Heat oil add chopped garlic and sliced ginger.Saute it for 5min.Add cooked kolambi in it.Keep sauteing till it leaves enough oil.Pour pickle masala and the water of kolambi which was kept aside.
3)On a low flame cook for some more time till it leaves oil.
4)Once it is cold pour lemon juice over it.

SERVING
5)Serve Kolambi Che Loncha with chapatti.
