Naralachi Chutney

I got one fresh coconut from my garden and prepared Naralachi Chutney as side dish for breakfast with dosa.To get nice green color to the chutney i have added lemon juice in it.You can also use this naralachi chutney for sandwich.
Ingredients
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Coriander 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Green chilly 3 Small, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Grind coconut,green chilly and coriander without adding water.
2)Pour the above mixture in a bowl,add salt and sugar.
3)Pour lemon juice in the chutney,this gives green color to the chutney.

SERVING
4)Serve Naralachi Chutney with dosa,idli or wada.
