Farasbi Chi Bhaji

I picked up a few fresh farasbi/french beans/Green beans from market and prepared Farasbi Chi Bhaji with combination of cabbage with little urad dal used for tempering.Green beans are generally steamed,boiled,stir-fried or baked in casseroles.
Ingredients
  Farasbi 250 Gram, chopped (French beans/green beans)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 4 Small, chopped
  Green chilly 1 Small, finely chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cabbage 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Pinch
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 4 , chopped
  Dry red chilly 1 Large
  Urad dal 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds let it splutter,then add cumin seeds and chopped curry leaves,dry red chilly,urad dal,green chilly,turmeric powder,asafoetida,garlic,onion and salt,sauté for 5 minutes.
2)Add chopped farasbi and grated cabbage,cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serving
3)Serve Farasbi chi bhaji with hot chapatti.
