Lately i have received lots of emails asking me how to prepare Sukha Jhinga!So thought would share this recipe with all of you.Marination which i have used for this dish is different!All those who are craving to have prawns hit on the recipe below!
Ingredients
  Prawns 250 Gram, shelled and deveined
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 5 Small, chopped finely
For marination
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilly paste 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander paste 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tamarind pulp 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Marinate prawns with green chilly paste,coriander paste,garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,tamarind pulp and salt.Keep it aside for an hour.

MAKING
2)Heat oil in a pan add garlic and red chilly powder then add the marinated prawns.
3)Fry till they lose their translucency but remain crunchy,for about 4 to 5 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot with schezwan sauce.
