Dry Bombay Duck Curry

Dry Bombay Duck Curry is easy and quick to prepare.My husband is a hard-core non-vegetarian and when i fall short of fresh fish in my freezer,i usually take out some bombil/dry bombay duck and prepare this curry.I always keep a stock of dry fish in my store marinated with turmeric.
Ingredients
  Dry bombay duck meat 12 Medium
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green chilly 2 Small
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Tamarind pulp 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Medium, chopped
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teapoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For garnishing
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Grind green chilly, coriander , turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garlic, ginger and vinegar.
2)Marinate bombil or Bombay ducks with the above mixture and set it aside.

MAKING
3) Heat a frying pan add chopped onion till soft add the marinated bombil in the pan and fry for sometime
4)Add tamarind pulp,salt,water and let it cook for sometime.
5)Garnish with chopped coriander.

SERVING
6)Serve it hot with chappati.
