If you want to use the leftover chappati click on the recipe below. I generally make Chappati Laddu when i have a few chappaties left of morning lunch.Mixture of jaggery and ghee makes this laddu awesome!You can also add a few poppy seed and edible gum crystals in the laddu.
|Chapaties||4 Medium (Roti/unleavened flatbread)|
|Jaggery||2 Tablespoon, crushed|
|Ghee||2 Tablespoon (clarified butter)|
|Dry fruit powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)Crumble Chapaties and blend coarsely in the blender.
2)Add dry fruit powder,jaggery and ghee,mix it well.
3)Make 3-4 round shaped Laddus.
4)Serve chappati laddu during snack with tea.
