Phodnicha Bhaat

Phodnicha bhaat is a very simple dish in Maharashtrian cuisine.Quick and easy for breakfast or given an option to me then i would carry it with me at my work place!
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Pinch
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilly powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 Small
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Soak rice for ½ an hour.

MAKING
2)Cook the soaked rice in pressure cooker for 15minutes.
3)In a pan pour oil,asafoetida and mustard seed,let it splutter.Add turmeric powder,chilly powder cooked rice,salt and sugar,mix it well.
4)Garnish it with coriander leaves and half lemon.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot with mango pickle.
