Besan Ladoo is a scrumptious,mouthwatering and irresistibly delicious Maharashtrian sweet.A very quick dish to make if you have all required ingredients in your kitchen!Ghee(clarified butter)is used liberally to make these ladoo.
Ingredients
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs) (chana dal flour)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (clarified butter)
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisin 1 Tablespoon
  Almond 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a kadhai roast besan in melted ghee for 10-15 minutes,let the color not change.
2)Once the mixture is warm add powdered sugar,cardamom powder,raisin and almond.
3)Make small ladoo of the mixture.

SERVING
4)Serve Besan Ladoo either after lunch or during snack time.

Tip
If you find difficulty in rolling ladoo, you can use little more ghee in the mixture.
