Besan che Ladoo
|Besan||1 Cup (16 tbs) (chana dal flour)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ghee||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (clarified butter)|
|Cardamom powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)In a kadhai roast besan in melted ghee for 10-15 minutes,let the color not change.
2)Once the mixture is warm add powdered sugar,cardamom powder,raisin and almond.
3)Make small ladoo of the mixture.
4)Serve Besan Ladoo either after lunch or during snack time.
If you find difficulty in rolling ladoo, you can use little more ghee in the mixture.
