Panch Khaadya is served as prasad during Ganesh Chaturthi.A scrumptious, mouthwatering and irresistibly delicious Maharashtrian Festive dish is an amazing combination of dry-fruits with coconut which makes this recipe worth the cost!
Ingredients
  Coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Dried dates 5 Small, chopped finely
  Fresh dates 5 Small, chopped finely
  Poppy seed 2 Teaspoon, grinded
  Sugar crystal 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Almond 4 Small
  Cashew 4 Small
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a kadhi roast shredded coconut for 2 minutes,without changing the colour.
2)Add grinded poppy seed and mix it along with dried and fresh chopped dates, sugar crystal,almond,cashew and cardamom powder.

SERVING
3.Serve it with Modak.
