|Rava||1 Cup (16 tbs) (wheat flour)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cardamom powder||1 Gram, crushed|
|Almonds and cashew||5 Small (optional)|
|Banana||1 Small, crushed|
1.Roast rava for 3-5 minutes on a low flame.
2.Add ghee and continue roasting for some time, then keep it aside.
3.In a vessel add sugar, milk, water, cardamom powder, almond,cashew, saffron & banana. Let it boil.
4.Add roasted rava and stir to avoid lumps. Cover the vessel with a lid, so that the rava gets steam cooked.
5.Garnish with raisin.
6.Serve it hot.
