Pohyache Wade is a dish which very few people are aware of. I learned from my mom , she used to make this when my friends used to visit me. When served hot it tastes amazing!
Ingredients
  Rice flake 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato 1 Medium
  Green chilly 2 Small
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Corn 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 Small
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Soak rice flakes for 10-15 minutes.

MAKING
2.Boil potato and mix it with rice flakes along with green chilly,ginger garlic paste,corn,salt,lemon,sugar,coriander leaves.
3.Make cutlets and fry it in hot oil.

SERVING
4.Serve it hot with green chutney.
