Maharashtrian Palak Bhaaji

Maharashtrian Palak Bhaaji has been one of my favorite Indian dishes since I learned how to make it on my own. With less ingredients used for this recipe it can turn out to be a real amazing stuff.
Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), (washed & chopped)
  Dry red chilli 1 Small
  Garlic 5 Small, chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Maggie cube masala 2 Teaspoon, (salty taste)
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1.In a kadhai pour oil add asafoetida,dry red chilly and garlic.Saute for 2 minutes.
2)Then add spinach and maggie cube masala in it.This gives a good taste to the green vegetable.
3)Cook for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot with chapatti.
