|Madua flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Finger millet)|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
1. Heat water in a pan, and add madua flour to it, stirring continuously. Add salt to taste and mix well.
2. Allow to boil and then cook by simmering on low flame for 15 minutes. The dish should have a thick but pouring consistency.
3. Serve hot.
