1. Rinse the mung , pour in double the amount of water and keep aside.
2. Prepare carrots by washing and scraping off the skin and dice into small pieces .
3. In a pressure pan combine the carrots, the mung bean, salt and carom seeds. Mix everything well and cook for 2 whistle.
4. Let this cool, add a little water and using a hand blender or food processor make everything into a smooth paste, take care not to leave any lumps as babies can easily choke.
