Manga Thenga Chutney

Manga thenga chutney or coconut raw mango chutney is a very typical side dish served with any bread, kanji or rice. This chutney is generally made during the summers when mango comes in abudance.
Ingredients
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw mango 2 Teaspoon, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  Ginger 1⁄4 Cubic Centimeter, cubed
  Green chilies 4 Medium, sliced
  Shallots 4 Medium, finely sliced
  Curry leaves 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixer, add all ingredients and grind coarsely.

SERVING
2. Roll into balls and serve with hot steaming rice or kanji.
