|Wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Salt water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Wet the wheat flour by adding a spoonful of salt water at a time. Take care to maintain the coarser structure of the flour.
2. In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup water. Take a puttu maker, add wet wheat flour and coconut and affix it over pressure cooker.
3. Cook puttu by steaming it for 5-10 minutes.
4. Serve this wheat puttu as a breakfast with any masala curry.
