Chilli Parotta

A South Indian specialty done street food style (from Tamil Nadu). To all Non Tamil speaking people: the dish is so simple that it needs no narration whatsoever.
Ingredients
  Indian flat bread 2
  Green chili 3 Medium, chop
  Tomato 1 Medium, chop
  Onion 1 Medium, chop
  Curry leaves 6 Medium
  Curry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Break the parotto with your hands, break it into small pieces.
2. In a skillet pour vegetable oil and sauté the onions and curry leaves.
3. Sprinkle salt and add green chili, paprika and tomatoes.
4. Stir everything and crack 1 eggs and scramble the egg.
5. Once done add the parotto and mix everything until well combined.
6. Crack the second egg and mix everything again.
7. Add curry sauce and stir everything together.
8. Remove the pan from heat and using the stainless steel glass cut the parotto into smaller pieces.
9. Place the pan back on heat, give it a final stir and turn off the heat.

SERVING
10. Serve the Chili Parotta hot.
