1. In a wide pan melt down a tablespoon of ghee and mix the ricotta cheese.
2. Continue to cook ricotta cheese over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Cook till ricotta cheese comes together like dough.
4. Now slowly add evaporated milk in ricotta cheese stirring continuously.
5. Add assorted nuts and saffron, mix well and simmer over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
6. After 5 minutes add sugar, cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
