Ingredients
  Regular milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tukmaria seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Rose syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Falooda sev 1 Tablespoon, boiled
  Almond 1 Tablespoon
  Pistachio 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak tukmaria seeds for 1 hour, drain and keep aside.
2. Boil falooda sev for 2 -3 minutes, run under cold water and drain.

MAKING
3. In a container mix adding milk, cardamom powder, falooda sev, tukmaria, almonds, pistachio and rose syrup.
4. Taste for sweetness and then add sugar.
5. Pour into a smoothie glass and top with vanilla ice cream.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle pistachios and serve chilled.
