Aloo Bhujia

Ingredients
  Potato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boiled, peeled and mashed
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Besan 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix mashed potato, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar and lime juice very well.
2. Add besan little by little and mix well till a slightly gooey consistency is attained.
3. In a deep fry pan, heat oil to medium heat.
4. In a sev maker add the dough, fit the desired mold and squeeze the dough into hot oil.
5. Fry till golden brown in color.

SERVING
6. Serve with tea or coffee.
