Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients
  Bread slices 4 Medium
  Paneer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (margarine)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potato hash brown 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds and sauté paneer and onion.
2. Then add potato, tomato and saute for about 5 minutes.
3. Add curry powder and salt and mix well.
4. Take a bread slice, apply butter and spread the filling.
5. Close with another bread slice and grill in a toaster until brown and crispy.

SERVING
6. Serve with sauce or chutney.
