Cauliflower Masala

I found a new recipe I want to share with you. Another great way to eat raw cauliflower.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small (or 1/2 large head)
  Cashew nut 1 Cup (16 tbs) (macademia nuts)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, peeled and smashed
  Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop a small cauliflower head and pulse it in a food processor until the texture is like rice.
2. In a blender jar, put together the remaining ingredients and blend until a creamy sauce is formed.

MAKING
3. In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower and the creamy sauce.

SERVING
4. Serve it over a bed of greens or roll it into nori to make sushi or make a patty and roll in coconut wraps like samosa and dehydrate.
