2. Add chana dal, toor dal and urad dal and stir until they turn golden brown.
3. Once it is done turn off the heat and add into a bowl.
4. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and once it is hot add red chilies, curry leaves, pepper powder and hing.
5. Add the roasted ingredients into a blender and blend.
6. Then add salt and blend until a smooth powder is formed.
7. Add the powder into a container or a bowl and serve as and when needed with rice or idlis.
