1. In a large bowl, take the methi leaves, salt, 2 teaspoon oil, jeera seeds, garlic and chilies and mix well.
2. Add the whole wheat flour, water and knead into a dough.
3. Divide into balls.
4. Roll out into parathas.
5. On a flat frying pan, lightly roast the parathas with a little oil until they turn golden brown.
