East Indian Curried Turkey

  Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Diced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Turkey stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 6 Ounce
  Cubed cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce
  Chopped pimento 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Melt margarine in large skillet; add onion and green pepper.
Saute until tender; stir in flour until smooth.
Add stock and mushrooms.
Mix turkey, apple, water chestnuts, pimento, parsley, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Add to flour mixture; stir well.
Heat through.
